All those sites that say they have a Netflix coupon or discount are really just offering you Netflix's free two week trail, the same two week free trail you can get just by clicking here and going to www.Netflix.com.
Netflix clearly states in their Terms of Use that:
"Free trials are only available to first time customers of the Netflix service and cannot be combined with any other offer."
